The District also partially funds individual municipal libraries and the Yavapai Library Network (YLN), a consortium of 42+ public, academic, school and museum libraries in Yavapai County. YCFLD coordinates the countywide sharing of library materials among all YLN member libraries.

New Policies Available for Public Consideration
New and improved policies, ranging from confidentiality of patron information to computer usage, are up for review. These policies will provide a consistent patron experience across all fifteen Library District branches. The Library District Board of Directors will be considering these policies at the December 19th County Board of Supervisors meeting. A courtesy hearing is also scheduled for the December 5th meeting. The public is encouraged to comment on the policies at either meeting. The Library District will also accept comments directly via email. Send all comments to firstname.lastname@example.org. The new policies are available on the Library District website at http://ycfld.org/node/141. Should the new policies be approved, they will go into effect January 1, 2019.
